Getting Here

Finding the house

Bella Vista sits at the end of a quiet driveway in a West Sedona neighborhood. A few landmarks so you roll in smoothly.

From Highway 89A, turn south on El Camino Rd. After about half a mile, turn left down the driveway. Three mailboxes sit at the mouth of the lane; the first reads 548. That's your turn.

Stay to the left as you enter. The house is at the end, about 75 yards in.

Please keep it quiet if arriving after 9 PM, out of respect for neighbors.
The front of the house and garage by day

Getting in

  • Smart keypad lock on the garage man door, near the main entrance.
  • Your unique code arrives a day or two before check-in and works only during your stay.
  • Touch the home icon (bottom-left) to wake the keypad, enter your 4-digit code, and give it a second to unlock.
  • Locked out? Your host's number is in your booking app.

The basement apartment

  • Bedrooms 4 and 5 can be closed off as a private, lockable apartment using the keypad in the hallway. The code is 4599.
  • The hallway door is usually left unlocked after cleaning.

Parking

  • Park anywhere near the house or in the pullout partway down the lane.
  • Don't block the driveway; pest control and pool service need lane access.
  • RVs and trailers up to 16' are welcome; strong trailer backing skills are necessary, and the best spot is the left-side pullout on the way in.

Hikes & adventure

Sedona's whole point. In peak season the famous trailheads fill by mid-morning, so the move is early.

Parking is the real Sedona challenge. Devil's Bridge and Cathedral lots fill early; arrive before 8 AM or use the shuttle on busy weekends. Each hike here will carry a one-tap trailhead pin and a parking note.

Before You Go

Check-out

Out by 10:00 AM. A short list keeps turnovers smooth and we appreciate it.

The quick list

  • Used bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and cleaning rags into the laundry room.
  • Empty the kitchen trash into the black outdoor bins; extra bags are in the kitchen cabinets. If the bins are full, leave the extra (double-bagged) in the exercise room by the roll-up door.
  • Turn off all lights; the oven, range, and fireplaces; the TVs and gaming consoles; and the heat/AC in the exercise room and game room.
  • Close the pool cover. Return moved furniture and loungers, pool toys and balls to storage, ping pong gear bagged on the table with the cover strapped, and the cornhole set under the deck.
  • Put remotes back: bedrooms → nightstands, living rooms → coffee tables, game room → TV stands.
  • Load and start the dishwasher; rinse anything that doesn't fit and leave it in the sink.
  • Do a final walkthrough for personal items.
  • Lock all exterior doors except the exercise-room-to-house door, exit through the garage man door, and lock the keypad.
Thank you for taking great care of Bella Vista. We hope to host you again.
