It's fast (about 106 Mbps) and reaches the whole house. Good for streaming, remote work, and gaming. Outdoor coverage can be spotty and isn't guaranteed.
Every TV is a smart Roku with its own remote. Please keep each remote in its room. Sign into your own streaming accounts using Guest Mode so they log out automatically at the end of your stay. Spare remote batteries are in the top-right drawer of each kitchen peninsula.

There's a ChargePoint J1772 (Type 1) 50-amp charger. It works with virtually all non-Tesla EVs (Tesla drivers bring a J1772 adapter) and charges about 25–35 miles per hour. Free to use except 4–7 PM, when it's $7/hour.
